You'd think someone would sell the two together in one app. In the UK, you only get both on a pay-TV contract.
Not on NOW in the UK. NOW's Sports Membership, from £27.99 a month, is Sky Sports only. TNT Sports isn't part of it, and neither is Premier Sports.
TNT Sports lives on HBO Max now, at £25.99 a month on the 12-month Saver or £30.99 month to month. NOW Ireland, on the other hand, carries TNT Sports right next to Sky Sports.
Two apps come to about £54 a month, £27.99 to NOW + £25.99 to HBO Max, both on 12-month Savers. That's a lot for two logins.

The package you're after exists. It's just sold in Ireland. NOW Ireland's Sports Saver Bundle has every Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Premier Sports channel for €27 a month, about £23, on a 12-month plan.
NOW Ireland only works for viewers in Ireland, so from the UK it won't play. Your NOW UK account won't help either: it doesn't work on NOW Ireland, even though it's the same NOW app.
StreamLocator makes your connection look like it's coming from an ordinary home in Ireland. That's what NOW expects to see, so it plays as normal. Got a 4K TV? This is where NOW Ireland pulls ahead. Ultra Boost, €8 a month, about £7, puts Sky Sports' Premier League coverage and TNT Sports live in 4K with Dolby Atmos. Premier Sports stays in 1080p.
Boost, the step below, is €5 a month, about £4, for Full HD 1080p, Dolby Digital 5.1 and two streams. The Sports Saver with Ultra Boost is about £33 a month, £30 to NOW Ireland (Saver + Ultra Boost) + £3 to StreamLocator.
You'll want about 30Mbps. Fire TV Stick 4K and Sony TVs only play NOW's 4K on demand, so for live 4K use a device NOW lists, such as an LG or Samsung TV, Apple TV 4K or a PS5.
On NOW in the UK, Ultra Boost is £9 a month for Sky Sports in 4K. HBO Max shows TNT Sports live in up to 1080p, so 4K TNT means the TNT Sports Ultimate channel on a pay-TV package.
